We stayed in a beautiful hotel for the weekend and it was an amazing experience. the location was perfect, very close to the ski lifts and with stunning views. the food was delicious, especially the breakfast and the cakes in the afternoon. the spa area was perfect for relaxing after a day of skiing, with a swimming pool and sauna. the staff was very helpful and friendly.
There were not many activities available for non-skiers, so they may feel left out. the ski school was a bit small and may limit options for more advanced skiers.

Decor was modern, for the price it was overall value for money. Peaceful location, free parking, great pool.

Great area near to the hotel. No complaints whatsoever. Food is freshly made. We tried some restaurants, including Franzalm which boasted an excellent cuisine. Free WiFi in the rooms was a bonus...

Had an outstanding christmas vacation at the heart of the alps. The snow-capped mountains and the warm atmosphere were magical. The staff was exceptionally well-trained, making the stay convenient and stress-free. The hotel offered a fun family-friendly experience with an indoor pool and spacious rooms that benefitted everyone. The restaurant offered a vast selection of food, from fresh fruits to delicious soups. The highlight of the trip was the daily desserts that were perfectly balanced and heavenly.
The noise and commotion in the common areas made it difficult to relax sometimes. , some of the furnishings in the rooms were outdated and could get an upgrade to make it more modern and comfortable.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel in the Austrian hills. the view from the top of the hill is breathtaking, with lush greenery as far as the eye can see. the rooms were spacious, well-maintained and very comfortable to stay in. the breakfast buffet was delicious and had plenty of options. the swimming pools added an extra touch to the beautiful surroundings.
Their TV channel options are limited, but not a big deal and recommend to go out for a walk and explore the area.

We had an amazing time! The hotel had great facilities including a gym, saunas, and an open-air natural swimming pool. Everything was squeaky clean and a standout was definitely the exceptional breakfast. The staff were also super friendly, always welcoming us with open arms. Location-wise, this city was perfect for starting our hiking trips.
Nothing it is perfect.
